| About | Ayer, Michael Kemp, age 42, of Birmingham, died Monday, April 1, 1996. Memorial service will be held Thursday, April 4, 1996, at 3 p.m. at John's Ridout's Southside Chapel. The Rev. Thomas Nelson Raines will officiate. Mr. Kemp is preceded in death by his father, Fred W. Ayer. Survivors include mother, Virginia Kemp Ayer of Birmingham.
