August 30, 1943 - August 30, 2026 SCOTTSDALE - Charles "Chip" Schneider, 83, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on on August 30, 2026 with his family by his side. Chip will be remembered most for his caring, patient and loving way that he treated each person he encountered, but more importantly for his love and devotion he expressed toward his wife, children and grandchildren. Chip is survived by his wife of twenty-six years, Terry, sons Paul of Chandler, AZ, and Mark (Libby) of Missoula, MT, stepdaughter Trisha (Sergio) of Scottsdale, AZ, nine grandchildren, Lucas, Alex, Brody, Austin, Sofia, Cady, Drew, Cailyn and Alyssa. Chip was preceded in death by his parents and stepson, Robert. In Yuma, he was involved in his church, St. Paul's Episcopal Church where he met his wife Terry. During his career at Kofa High School, Chip made an impact on thousands of students where he was Principal. After retirement he went on to work at Amberly's Place. Chip was born on August 30, 1943 in Rockville Centre, NY to Charles and Dorothy Schneider. He graduated from Cresent City High School in 1961. After graduating high school, he went to the University of Florida and earned a bachelor's in education followed by a master's in education from Northern Illinois University. Services are being held at Christ Church Lutheran on Sat., Sept. 12, 2026 at 12:30 pm. |
