| About | Beto died in 1998 in his parents' home. He was survived by his parents, a brother, and two sisters. He was buried in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma. Sadly, two of Beto's best friends - Tony Figueroa and Donald Regello - are also listed here in the 1971 class. Two of Beto's brothers have passed away, too. Max is listed here under the 1963 class. Gustavo (Gus) attended San Mateo High School. He lived a busy life as a dentist, father, and a husband. He practiced dentistry on the Tule River Reservation Dental Clinic in semi-retirement.
