| About | Oscar was an all around sincere guy who could get along with various groups on campus. He went to UC Davis, where he started his own radio show, La Onda Xicana, and was heavily involved in improving his community when he was tragically taken from us in 1994. In his honor, we, the LUCHA Foundation have begun a scholarship in his name that we give out at BPHS each year. Visit us, participate in our fundraising, or even join us!
