| About | DOUGLAS PINO 5/16/1968 ? 12/24/13 Douglas Pino built his life around the people he loved, always giving, always sharing, always full of hope. He strived only to make others happy. Even as a young man, he held his first job when he was 16 years of age, and from that day forward, he worked hard to give the people he loved joy and a smile on their faces. This included many of the homeless people in Barstow, CA. When Doug ended his day at work, and was headed home for the day. Doug would stop to visit the people living on the street with nothing to eat, and would always arrive with Coffee, Donuts, and leftover food to feed them. He would also distribute his tip money from the night amongst them. For the last seven years of his life, he worked at Winco Foods, with what Doug always referred to as his "Winco Family", where he continued to make his coworkers happy and always put a smile on their faces. Doug held most dear to his heart two very important people, his mom and dad, whom he shared his love unconditionally and wholeheartedly. They were truly his role models, and now, as he lies in heaven, in God's arms, Doug is most definitely their Guardian angel in heaven. As our Uncle Flaco would say, "Go Cowboy". |
