| About | After a long illness Roy passed away at 6am on Sept. 29, 2009. He was at home as he wished and is survived by his wife of 44 years, Peggy Pennington Pound, daughters Deanna Groover and Amy Lavongsar. His son, Phillip Roy was killed by a drunk driver on Oct. 25, 2001. He also is survived by 5 wonderful grandchildren. He will always be in our hearts. |
