| About | After CHS Al was drafted into the Army in 1965 and advanced to Sergeant, Al served in the Vietnam War as a member of the 6th Psychological Operations Battalion headquartered in Saigon. After returning from the War in 1968, he was discharged from the Army. Al became a Lithographer in the Printing Industry. He worked at the Union Tribune, Fyre and Smith Printing, Arts and Crafts Press, and UCSD Smurfit before retiring at the age 65. |
