Resident of Martinez Andrew, 63, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2010 at his home. Andy graduated from College Park High School in 1965 and attended Diablo Valley College. He served in the U.S. Army and was awarded the Bronze Star for Bravery in the Vietnam War. Andy's career in business spanned four decades in the steel industry. He was a man of service who generously gave his time to his local parish in Pleasant Hill and, in recent years, to local Food Bank activities to help those in need. Andy was a devoted son who took loving care of his mother during her years of illness. He was a loving and caring father. Andy is survived by his two children, Andrea and Alex, and his four siblings, Joseph (passed away Sep 18, 2022), Robert, Deborah and John. A Memorial Service for Andy was held on Friday, November 19 at 11am at Christ the King Catholic Church. Rest in peace. |
