| About | Dennis Lee Smith, a longtime resident of Elk Grove died Dec. 22, 2016 at the age of 69. He was born in the Bay Area and grew up here, graduating from Elk Grove High School in 1965 and served during the Vietnam War. He was a carpenter by trade and worked for Yancy, and a man who liked to hunt and fish. Dennis is survived by his daughters, Lindsay and Crystal, and several siblings. His wife Susan Denise preceded him in death.
