| About | Sandee R. Larsen (July 2, 1968 - January 23, 2008) “Our Beloved Pookie” Sandee Raye Super Larsen passed away on January 23, 2008 in West Jordan, Utah. Born July 2, 1968 in Salt Lake City to DeVere and Janice Parkinson. Married Everett Super; later divorced. Married John E. Larsen, Jr. Sandee spent a year in Japan and then moved to Omaha, Nebraska and obtained a Medical Assistant’s degree. She utilized her degree in various medical services, finishing as an instructor at Utah Career College. She enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with family. Sandee is survived by her loving husband, John; children, Eileen “Nikki” Super, Stephanie Super, Brandon Super and Jade Larsen; mother, Janice Parkinson; brothers and sisters, Tony, Debbi Nielsen, Mike and Kristi. Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 26, 2008 at 12 Noon at the West Jordan City Cemetery, 7800 So. 1300 W. The viewing will be from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday morning at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street.
