| About | Sam passed when his second heart gave out. He left three daughters behind, Rebecca Nevers, Shannon Garrison and Amanda Nevers. He was married to Catherine Kerrick for several years and two kids. He spent most of his life with his second wife Kathy Sponsler and had his last child with her.He worked at the Simpson paper plant from start up to shut down.He started in the chip pile and went up the chain to become an operator in the powerhouse.Eventually he switch to the millwright side of things . He loved playing with the big machines. when the mill closed he and his family moved to Maine, where he worked at the Rumford pulp mill. |
