The following is what my daughter (Beverly) posted in the Lassen County Times: CHARLES THEODORE GARNER Charles Theodore Garner was born in Picher, Okla, on May 8, 1942 to Earl Leslie and Inez Laura Garner. He died on April 4, 2008 in Susanville, Calif. He was preceded in death by his mother, father and also his brother Wayne Joseph Pratt. He is survived by his sister, Patty Jillson, of Redding, Calif., his niece, Beverly Goss, of Westwood, Calif .and nephew Jesse Pratt, of Reno, Nev. A celebration of life will be at the National Guard Armory in Susanville at 3 p.m. on May 2, 2008. |
