On the fun side Arcenio loved electronics, his car, his job and girls. His biggest hobby was making friends. Arcenio brought the laughter out of everyone. He had a promising future and was full of potential. Arcenios homework: Tell me what you would do if you were in charge. Arcenios answer: I would not let schools have classes that are 2 hours long. I would bring back advisory, and I would also raise the age for teenagers to get their licenses and raise the ages for kids in different countries to buy alcohol. I would raise the age to 25 years so that it would help the teenagers accident rates and teenagers dying. It would also improve the education level and it would also protect our young people. It would lower a lot of drunk drivers and it will stop a lot of parents and a lot of innocent people getting hurt or dying. That is what I would do if I was in charge; so there you go. The crash Four friends were out for a late night meal on October 2, 2005. The driver, Spc. James Roland Ambler III was driving 55 in a 45 mph zone, without a license, made an unsafe lane change to go around a driver who had slowed down. Spc.
