About | Tim Kolman June 14, 1967 - June 10, 2012 Resident of Sonora & Newark Tim died suddenly from an accident in Sonora on Sunday, June 10th. He is proceeded in death by one sister Malinda, three Aunts, Betty Kolman, Diana Raymond-Saling-Cross and Linda Raymond-Herren, and both pairs of grandparents, Kolman and Raymond. He is survived by his loving parents Fred and Marsha Kolman. Sisters Carolyn Rudinow, Tamra Coffin, and Tanya Kolman. He also leaves loving nephews, Will McCloskey, Gage Kolman, and nieces, Tiffany and Lauren McCloskey, and Becca Kolman with one great nephew Nickolas. Tim was an avid swimmer as a young man and held the national championship in the Butterfly stroke age 8. He graduated in 1985 from Newark Memorial High School. Tim was a hard worker even as a young man, cooking at Lido Lanes during high school. Carolyn and Tim were entrepreneurs as interior designers and owned Elegant Interiors in Morgan Hill. He then became a wood worker at the Pine Shop in Morgan Hill, where he made beautiful furniture. He then choose a trade as an iron worker for RPS. Along with his family, his soul mate for life Dawn McGeragle was with him to the end and for many good years prior. She had one daughter Nikki who he loved dearly as his own. He was an avid sportsman, especially hunting and fishing, as well as racing his father's 65 Chevelle. He is loved and missed by not only his family, but many friends.
