| About | David Bordelon, 42, passed away unexpectedly in Moorpark on Saturday, March 24, 2007. David was born in Burbank on Dec. 30, 1964, to Leon Bordelon and Barbara M. Madden. He graduated from Newbury Park High School in 1983. He lived in Moorpark for more than 20 years. David was a loving father who loved to coach his children in sports, spend time at the lake, be with his family and watch the New Orleans Saints play football. David was well-known in the community and loved by many. He lived his life by saying "Pay it forward" and was a firm believer in the idea that all good deeds lead to another. Because of this mantra, he had an impact on many lives he came in contact with. He is survived by his wife, Wendy; children, Jonathan (20), Stephanie (18), Jeremy (11) and Melissa (8); father, Leon, and his wife, Judy; mother, Barbara; sisters, Lynn and Cheryl; and numerous other beloved relatives and friends. David will be missed immensely by those who survive him. A graveside memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, at Pierce Bros. Valley Oaks-Griffin Memorial Park, 5600 Lindero Canyon Road, Westlake Village.
