| About | On February 5, 2021 Steven Richard Pearce passed away at his home in Oceanside, he was 66.Born and raised in Oceanside, California, Steve graduated from Oceanside High in 1972. He held a Master Degree in Water Technology & worked for the City of Carlsbad Water Dept. for twenty years, then relocated his water treatment expertise to the Camp Pendleton Water Resources Division for twenty years, with sixteen years as the Chief Water Operator. Steve was an Army Veteran who served in Germany. He played professional Racquetball for several years for Ektelon. He played the flute and was teaching himself to play guitarAlways known for his sense of humor, a generous and loving man who will be forever loved and missed. Steve is preceded in death by his parents Dan and Anna Pearce. Steve is survived by his significant other of 33 years Raine Anderson, Sister Karen Gibson, Grandchildren Rowan & Henry Bols, Cousin Linda Purscell, Nephews Elliot (Ebru) & Bobby (Jenni) Schroeder, Greg Kellogg. Nieces Dawn & Sandy Gibson, Rebecca Kellogg Chavez.Raine & Karen would like to thank Kris Anderson, Caleb Lucas, & Dom Derieg for all of their help.
