LAMBERSON Daniel "Danny" Joseph May 1, 1956 - July 29, 2017 Dan Lamberson, age 61, passed away peacefully July 29th after a long and brave battle with heart disease. A 1974 graduate of Piner High School, Dan was on the track and football teams. A motocross rider in his younger years he remained a fan of the sport. Dan loved hunting and abalone picking. He enjoyed BBQ and cooking. Dan appreciated his family history, helping with Lamberson family reunions in Tennessee. Dan was a longtime truck driver, and later worked parts dept. at Martin's Truck Repair. A devoted father to his three sons, Dan enjoyed going to their football games. He never missed a Windsor Knights game. Dan was a humble man, always ready to help his friends, quick to share a laugh and to find the good in others. His goofy smile and corny sense of humor will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Dan was preceded in death by parents: Gorden and Mary Lamberson. Survived by sons: Matt, Tom and Joe Lamberson; two grandchildren; siblings: Willie Lamberson (Mila), Tim Lamberson (Margaret), Mary Ann (Bill) Dick, Ellie (Dean) Betts, Cathy (Gary) Whiteman, and Ginny Lamberson; nieces and nephews: Elliott and Emily Lamberson, Mark and Jon Barry-Smith, Andy, Janelle (Lind) and Claire Whiteman, Nicole, Caitie (Baker) and Jordan Lamberson. |
