| About | Oct. 5, 1948 - Oct. 29, 2016 Ray Tuthill passed away on Saturday, Oct. 29th at Watsonville Community Hospital. Ray is survived by his wife, Chong Tuthill, son, Brian Tuthill, grandson, Dylan Ray Tuthill, sisters Sally Mattos, Peggy Jenner, Carol Tuthill-Lewis and many nieces and nephews. Ray was born and raised in Santa Cruz and spent nearly his entire life there. He loved nature, science and soft serve ice cream. At times in life, Ray served in the Army, was a Police Officer, a liquor store owner, a salesman, and a sometimes avid gardener. He was a veteran, a devoted loving father and husband and newly minted grandfather. He will be missed. |
