| About | Killed in a military helicopter accident during training. I believe that he was in the Coast Guard. The best I can remember it occurred in the earlier 60's. He was studying to be a dentist. Additional information there were 3 boys and 5 girls in the graduating class of 1958. Bill Murphy, Steve Carpenter and my self Phillip Houston. Both Bill and Steve were both killed in separate helicopter accidents, one in military training and Steve was a reporter when he was killed. Both deceased in the 60's. |
