Annette Fetler Daymon, a Colorado Springs native, passed away on January 8th, 2013. She was born April 19th, 1952, to John and Ruth Fetler. Annette graduated from Wasson High School in 1970, magna cum laude from UCCS in 1995 with a BA in Psychology, and from UCCS in 1998 with an MA in Counseling. Annette was a devoted wife and mother, accomplished writer and artist, passionate activist, compassionate counselor, and a lifelong student of spirituality and human behavior. She was also a dedicated community volunteer who loved music, drumming, pottery, and CommuniDance. She planted flowers everywhere she traveled. In 2012, she was awarded the Colorado College Spirit Award after over a decade of volunteer work at the CC Community Kitchen. Annette is survived by her mother Ruth, children Heather and Maxx Daymon, and brother Mark. Attendees are requested to dress according to her style - joyful, colorful, and casual.
