| About | Joseph Raymond Kopycinski Friday, July 9, 2010 10:39 PM EDT With great sadness, Joseph Raymond Kopycinski has joined our mother in Heaven. Born Aug. 20, 1950, Joe was one of 10 children born to Sophie (Jakubiak) Kopycinski. Joseph was a graduate of New Britain High School, Class of 1968. Joseph was an avid sports fan. He played baseball in high school and also loved to fish. Joe was a kind and gentle soul who loved his daughters, brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces dearly. Joe worked for Fafnir Bearing for many years until his retirement. Joe leaves behind his daughters, Christina Kopycinski and Tracey Kopycinski, both of New Britain; brothers and sisters, Sandra L. Gashgorian of Cromwell, Raymond Kopycinski of New Britain, Walter Kopycinski Jr. of Waterford, Daniel Kopycinski of Cromwell, Charles Kopycinski of Croydon, N.H., Jenny Voisine of Plainville, Carol Parkington of Waterbury and Joan McAvoy of Rocky Hill. He was predeceased by his sisters, Claire Picard and Stella Jeannie Kopycinski. |
