McPHEE, ROBERT SCOTT, (39) of Plantation died on September 12, 2008 following a courageous battle with Hydrocephalus. He was born on June 17, 1969, in Hollywood, Florida, the son of Bruce & Judy McPhee. A native Floridian, Bob attended schools in Pembroke Pines and graduated from Cooper City High School in 1987. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Miami in 1991. While at U of M, Bob was a devoted member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity where he developed some of his closest, lifelong friendships. At the age of eight, Bob became an avid tennis player ultimately playing doubles with his mother at the prestigious US Open in 1987. He also enjoyed golf and his passion was football: U of M and the Philadelphia Eagles! Bob had a successful career of 14 years with Enterprise followed by the start of a new career with New York Life for almost two years until complications from the hydrocephalus took over. Bob was previously married to Jodie Gehring from 1995 - 2002. His life was blessed with new meaning in 1997 when his beautiful, daughter Kailee was born. He was the most caring, gentle & devoted father who always put his daughter first next to God. Survived by his parents Bruce and Judy, daughter Kailee, Sister Tammy & Brother-in-Law Oscar, Grandmother Shirley, Grandfather Scott. Also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews and a niece. Bob's strength, thoughtfulness and sense of humor will forever make us smile...SURE BOB! All are welcome to the celebration of Bob's life. Viewing and Prayer service from 5 to 8pm, Sept 17, 2008, at TM Ralph Funeral Home, 371 NW 136 Ave, Sunrise. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30am Thursday, September 18, 2008 at St. Bonaventure in Davie, followed by a graveside service at the Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery in North Lauderdale.
