About | A Marine Corps SGT barely 4 years out of LHS. Killed in a South Vietnam Province by small arms fire. He is buried in the rear area of Oak Hill Cemetery off Hwy 98. I tend his grave to keep it tidy and respectful with small US flags. His parents are buried in the same plot and a place is reserved for his son. Jim was a good friend to many people and was surely a tough Marine Warrior. I was in the country when he was killed, but did not know that until I got back, as the Army and Marines did not often cross paths on our operations. |
