BROWN Deacon Charles Brown, Sr., age 73, affectionately known as "Coach Brown", peacefully passed away July 18, 2010. He was a native of Jacksonville, FL, where he attended the local public schools graduating from Paxon Senior High School. Furthering his education, he attended the University of Florida where he earned the certification of Occupational Specialist. Deacon Brown was a faithful member of Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church. He was employed with Duval County School Board as an Occupational Specialist until he retired after 36 years of dedicated service. |
