Beverly Carroll Young, 68, of Sarasota died peacefully at home May 20th following a long illness. Born in St. Louis, MO, January 21, 1947, she moved to Sarasota with her parents when she was nine and lived here since. Beverly is survived by her long-time companion Peter Baxter of Sarasota; sons Donald Kirkley and Trevor Young, of Longmont, CO; two brothers; and three grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Tidewell Hospice or Moffitt Cancer Center. - |
