Richard "Buddy" was born on September 8, 1941 in Griffin, Georgia. He is preceded in death his parents Richard J. Irvine, Sr. and Edna Gill Irvine; sisters, Louise Martin and Margie Irvine. Buddy retired from First National Bank as Senior Vice President. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Annette Irvine; children, Richard J. Irvine III and wife Renee, Alan Irvine and wife Melanie, Dot Johnson and husband, Grant, Rich Fletcher and wife Julia; grandchildren, Richard J. Irvine IV, James Irvine, Ashley Coleman, Amanda Durr, Caroline Irvine, Will Irvine, Elizabeth Edwards, Savannah Edwards, Jon Fletcher; sister, Grace Oliver. A visitation for Buddy Irvine will be Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation a funeral service will be in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Dr. Bill Hardee will officiate.
