| About | Kelly went to elementary and middle school with our class and then moved to Utah He passed in 2015. Kelly lived in Rupert and started the first scuba diving organization in Minidoka County. He also was an owner in K and R Rentals in Rupert. He was a veteran of Vietnam and served in the Navy. |
