About | Barbara A. Fullmer, 78, of LeClaire, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the Good Samaritan Center in Davenport, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the First Presbyterian Church in LeClaire. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf, Iowa. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in LeClaire. Memorials may be made to the family. Barbara was born January 3, 1942 in Moline, Illinois, the daughter of Edward & Mary (Clark) O’Connor. A graduate of Moline High School, she was united in marriage to Daniel M. Fullmer on August 19, 1991 in Davenport. He preceded her in death on September 11, 2017. Those left to honor her memory include her daughters, Charlene Quandt of Colorado, Julie Kuberski of Davenport and Kathy Stull (Jerry Jordan) of Marengo, Iowa; her sons, Alex Kuberski of Bushnell, Illinois, Micheal Kuberski, Marek Kuberski and Matthew (Alycia)Kuberski, all of LeClaire; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her twin-sister, Donna Hackett of Moline and Esther Feske of Arkansas; and her brother, Ed Giles, of the east coast. In addition to her husband, Daniel, Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Jim O’Connor. |
