Crowcroft, 65, of the Bloomfield area passed away unexpectedly on July 15, 2025, at Lakeland Medical Center. Michael was born on December 21, 1959, in Waukegan, Illinois to the late George and Jacqueline (Clawsen) Crowcroft. Michael attend and graduated with the class of 1976 from Waukegan High School. On December 21, 1984, in Waukegan, Illinois Michael was united into marriage to Melinda R. Vecchie. Michael was a big man with an even bigger heart. Michaels passion from day one was semi-trucks. He made a living as an over the road trucker. When he wasn’t driving semi, he could be found in his house building models of semi’s or taking care of his aquarium. Michael was a big man with an even bigger heart. Michael is survived by his wife of 40 years, Melinda. Two children survive Michael: Aaron Crowcroft and Jessie Heins along with two brothers: John Crowcroft and Jim Crowcroft. Michael was proceeded in death by his parents: George and Jacqueline and one sibling: Fran. |
