| About | Alice Ann Capen Bryan Stephens, age 84, was born May 26, 1931 in Norris City, White County IL to Russell E. & Ruby I. Capen. She died January 12, 2016 at home due to natural causes. She was preceded in death by her mother & father, husbands William F. Bryan, and C.T. Stephens. Mrs. Stephens is survived by sons: James F. Bryan (Betty) of Lakeland, FL, R. Mark Bryan of Tampa, FL, Thomas W. Bryan of Lakeland, FL & a very close family friend Roger White of Tampa? her brother Maurice M. Capen Norris City, IL; two stepsons: Patrick T. Stephens (Lyn) of Monroe, GA, Jimmy Stephens of Florida. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren: Rebekah Ann Loney of Wellston, OK, W.F. 'Bill' Bryan of Lakeland, FL? 4 great grandchildren. Mrs. Stephens was a Past Worthy Matron and 50+ year member of the OES Chapter 26, and OWSJ of Lakeland. She was an Operating Room Registered Nurse retiring from LRMC. Internment will be at Lakeland Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, Lakeland. |
