| About | DUNLAP Rosemary Fowler, 61, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012 at her home.She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Fowler; father, Chuck Smelcer; and brother, Michael Sawlsville.Survivors include her sons, Jason Richardson and Sean Fowler, both of Dunlap; mother Mary Smelcer, Dunlap; brothers, Mark (Paula) Smelcer, Chattanooga, David Sawlsville, Rockford, Ill., Steve (Kathy) Sawlsville, Pittsburgh, Pa., and Gene (Mary) Reid, Dunlap; sister, Susie Ewton, Dunlap; granddaughters, Jaderyen and Jordyn Richardson; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. CDT Tuesday, July 17, in the Ewton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro.
