About | Bob A. Williams, 45, a lifetime Rush County resident, passed away Wednesday evening, January 23, 2013 at his home in Raleigh after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on February 24, 1967 in Rushville to Samuel R. & Donna (Wesley) Williams. He married Katrina Ann Rains on July 21, 1990 and she passed away on January 21, 2003. He married Natoshia Frost on September 12, 2009 and she survives. Bob was a 1986 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School. He drove several years for Ferguson Trucking and had most recently worked as a heavy equipment operator for the State of Indiana. He was a member of the Pioneer Engineer's Club of Rush County and had been a fireman several years with Raleigh Fire Dept. where he was a past officer. Bob enjoyed International Harvester tractors, was an avid fan of NHRA & believed in his 2nd Amendment rights. In addition to his wife, Natoshia of Raleigh, Bob is survived by a son, Ezra Stearns of Raleigh, daughters, Mendy & husband Justin Rose of Fayette County and Desstani Stearns of Raleigh, a brother, Brian & wife Krissi Williams of Rush County, a twin sister, Barb & husband Ron Cameron of Rush County, grandchildren, Nevada & Justin Rose, Jr. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and 1st wife Katrina. Services will be held at 11 AM Monday, January 28 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville, where friends are welcome to visit on Sunday from 2-6PM. Tony Augsburger will preside and burial will be in the Raleigh Cemetery. The Raleigh Fire Department will provide an Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to the Donor's Favorite Charity. |
