About | Frederick J. Wesling 90, of Fishers, formerly of Pittsboro, died July 20th, at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11AM July 24th at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church in Fishers with Rev. John Kiefer officiating. Friends may call from 10AM until the time of Mass. Burial will take place at Rushville's Calvary Cemetery at 3:30 PM Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church Food Pantry. He was born in Rushville Sept. 14, 1921, a son of the late John Paul & Margaret (Schetgen) Wesling. He was a 1939 graduate of Rushville High. He wed Marlene Moore Aug. 22, 1953, and she survives. He was a tool and industrial supply salesman 40 years. He enjoyed singing in his church choirs and was an usher for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. Memberships include K of C 769 & St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, and also St. Malachy Catholic Church. Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Joan (Kelly) Merchent, of Cincinnati, OH; Monica (Robby) Chezem, of Carmel; three sons Joseph (Becky) Wesling, of Brownsburg, John (Mary) Wesling, of Napa Valley, CA & Mark (Lisa) Wesling, of Charleston, SC; two sisters, Catherine & Josephine Wesling, of Oviedo, FL: 15 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren, many nieces & nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by three brothers & three sisters. |
