| About | Garlin "Butch" E. Harpring Jr. age 55, of Monroe, GA, formaly of Rushville, passed away September 23, 2009 in Indianapolis. He was born in Rushville, IN Sept 16, 1954 the son of Garlin E. Harpring and Geneva C. Hill Sparks Ramey. He was a 1973 graduate of Rush Consolidated High School and a United States armed forces veteran. He was a carpenter by trade and also was active in Christian missions in Monroe, GA. Survivors include his mother Geneva Ramey of Indianapolis; one son John Bragg of Kalamazoo, MI; two brothers Charles Joseph Harpring of Lebanon, TN & Kenneth Sparks Jr. of Indianapolis, IN; two grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his father Garlin Harpring; step father Kenneth Sparks and brother Tim Sparks. Following cremation, private family services will be held at Todd Funeral Home. |
