He was born January 13, 1957, in Rushville, IN, to Robert Nelson and Carolyn Sue Grocox Stoner. He married Charolette Jean Woodard Salyer on June 19, 1999, in Medaryville, IN. She survives. He was a member of the Medaryville Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, tinkering with mechanical items, and feeding and watching birds. Greg loved caring for his dog, Ringo and his kitty cats Mr. Morris, Itty Bitty, and Momma Kitty. He loved spending time on Facebook.
