| About | James Michael Henderson, 53, of Rushville, IN died December 12th, 2008 at Rush Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lansing, MI on November 16, 1955, the son of the late James Allen and Charlotte (Heath) Henderson. His Mother of Milroy survives. He was the husband of Sun (Im) Henderson. They were married July 12, 2001. Following his graduation from Rushville High School in 1974, he entered the Army and retired as a Master Sergeant. He graduated from New York University in 1995 with a BA in Sociology. He was Paramedic and worked at Tri County EMS, Columbus Hospital in addition to several other EMS providers. He was a past member of the Milroy EMS. He was a member of Milroy United Methodist Church. Survivors in addition to his mother and wife include three daughters, Michelle (husband Branden) Robinson of Durham, NC; Jamie Leah (husband Kyle) Forbes of Hanover, PA; Amanda Nicole Henderson of Greenfield, IN; a son, Michael A. Henderson (companion Stephanie Hynek) of Noblesville, IN; a step daughter, Carissa Couch of Los Angeles, CA; a brother, Mark Alan (wife Laura) Henderson of Larkspur, CA; aunt Ellen Thompson of Rushville; Five Grandchildren & two nephews. He was preceded in death by his father James Allen Henderson. Funeral Services will be 11am on Tuesday, December 16th at Todd Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. David Williamson officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8pm Monday December 15th at the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will take place at the Old Milroy Cemetery following the funeral service. |
