| About | Janet R. Strang passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at the home of her daughter Priscilla in Miami, Florida. She was born February 10, 1916 in Rush County Indiana, to Lillian and Frederick Martin. She graduated from Rushville High School in 1934 and in 1938 from the Purdue University School of Pharmacy. She was a member of Pi Beta Phi. She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Strang M.D. and her sister, Alice Todd. She is survived by her children William, Joyce, Thomas and Priscilla; 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandson; and brother, John T. Martin. Friends may call on Friday, November 18, 2005 at Flanner Buchanan Funeral Center - Broad Ripple from 4-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at North United Methodist Church on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will be in Rushville East Hill Shrine Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be made to Purdue University School of Pharmacy. |
