| About | Mr. Joseph B. West Sr., of Noblesville, IN, passed away on December 27, 2013 in Houston, TX. He was born November 14, 1926, in Akron, OH, the third child of Jessie Bebout West and Newton Earl West, Sr. He was a graduate of Rushville High School 1945 and Indiana University in 1948. His career of selling building materials spanned over 44 years. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marcella West, and brother, Newton E. West, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Rosemary Ann Price West, his children, Marcia Lee West Rohrer (and Al) of Houston, TX, Laura Elizabeth West Newman (and Ted) of Hartsville, SC, Jessica Ruth West Gregg of Aubrey, TX, Joseph B. West, Jr. of Melissa, TX, John R. West of Longview, TX, and James A. West (and Kelly) of Dallas, TX, his thirteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and his niece Ann West Ruhge (and Justin) of Lompac, CA. He will also be missed by Ann's children, Jeffry Price (and Cynthia) of Peru, IN, Jennifer Mohr (and John) of Evansville, IN, James Price (and Robin) of Logansport, IN, and Janet Price (and Marsha Lutz) of Terre Haute, IN, as well as her 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be 1 PM Monday, Jan. 6th at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory with visitation from 11 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at Rushville's East Hill Cemetery.
