| About | Katrina Ann Williams, 41, of Rush County, died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2003, at her residence following an ongoing battle with cancer. Born Aug. 3, 1961, in Rushville, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Cora (Gilbert) Rains Carter; she survives. On July 21, 1990, she married Bob A. Williams; he survives. Mrs. Williams had lived in Rush County since 1987. She had previously lived in Connersville. She was a member of the Raleigh Christian Church and was active in the Raleigh Community Club. She had been employed at Fujitsu Ten in Rushville and had also worked as a RCS bus driver. Survivors in addition to her mother and husband include one daughter, Mendy (Mrs. Chris) Munson of Indianapolis; two brothers, Donnie Rains of Rushville and Bob Rains of Arlington; one stepbrother, David Rains of Portland, Ind.; two sisters, Kathy (Mrs. Jerry) Foreman and Krissi (Mrs. Brian) Williams, both of Rushville; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by one son. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Moster & Cox Mortuary in Rushville, with Tony Augsburger and Robert "Pete" Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Cemetery in Raleigh. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. |
