About | Kristina Louise Wooten, 45, Rushville, who has family in Shelbyville, died Tuesday at Hancock Memorial Hospital, Greenfield. Born Jan. 10, 1953, in Rushville, she was the daughter of Harold Thomas and Ruby (Palmer) Hinton. Her mother survives. She married James L. Wooten on Feb. 15, 1969, and he survives. Mrs. Wooten lived most of her life in Rush County. She was a 1971 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School. Mrs. Wooten worked for four years at Rushville National Bank and for four years at the Rushville branch of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles until 1995. She was a member of the Blue River Wesleyan Church, Rush County. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. William (Jamie) Haus and Mrs. Andrew (Kimberly) Burns, both of Shelbyville, and Kristi Pennington, Rushville; two brothers, Thomas E. Hinton, Shelbyville, and Daniel J. Hinton, Arlington; a sister, Karen E. Whitfield, Arlington; and five grandchildren. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Moster & Cox Mortuary, Rushville. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gary Isaacs officiating. Burial will be in Arlington East Hill Cemetery. |
