| About | Malcolm B. Perkins, 41, Rushville, died Monday at Major Hospital. Born Dec. 18, 1956, in Rush County, he was the son of Robert F. and Hilda J. (Moore) Perkins. Mr. Perkins lived near Homer. He was an artist and a freelance photographer in Indianapolis. He was a graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and had attended Indiana University. Mr. Perkins was a member of the Zion United Church of Christ, Indiana Professional Photographers and the Clozaril Support Group of Winona Hospital. Survivors include his parents, Rushville; a sister, Amelia Beth Perkins, Las Vegas, Nev.; and a special friend, Toto Perkins. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Manilla Cemetery with the Rev. Louis Speller officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, P.O.
