| About | Maricia J. Roberts, 57, a lifelong resident of Rushville, passed away at 5:53 PM Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. Maricia Hornaday was born December 1, 1952 in Rushville, IN to Roy L., deceased, and JoAnn (Hersley) Hornaday, who survives. She married Thomas W. Roberts Sr on April 12, 1969 and he preceded her in death on March 8, 2005. She was a CNA several years for Millers Merry Manor, Rush Memorial Hospital and Rush Memorial Home Health Care. She was active in the Rush County Relay for Life event, loved her family and enjoyed playing Texas Hold Em on the computer. In addition to her mother, JoAnn Hornaday of Rushville, Maricia also leaves behind her sons, Thomas Roberts Jr of Rushville, Jason & wife Jenny of Kansas, IL, step son, Tracey Roberts of Oldenburg, IN, daughters, Crystal & husband Jeremy Wells of Rushville, Rachel Renee Roberts of Rushville, brothers, Randy & wife Janet Hornaday of Paris, IL, Craig Allen & wife Dawn Hornaday of Rushville, sister, Melody & husband Brian Kaster of Rushville and 11 grandchildren. In addition to her husband and father, Maricia was preceded in death by her brothers, Brett & Steve.
