About | Marjorie M. Knoy Huber, 96, of Rushville, passed away October 22, 2015 in Rushville. She was born January 10, 1919 in Morgan County to Ralph & Hazel (Bryant) Knoy. Marjorie was a 1937 graduate of Rushville High School. She married Russel C. "Jake" Huber on October 22, 1977 and he preceded her in death in 1998. Marjorie lived in Marion several years and also wintered in Florida. She was a Merle Norman salesperson in New Castle for several years. She was a member of the Church of God in Marion and currently was active at Fairview Christian Church. She is survived by companion, Mike Crowell, of Connersville, a sister, Betty Wilson of Falmouth, grandsons, Drew & Bret Cavanaugh and Scott & Jason Rigney, daughter-in-law, Linda Cavanaugh, sister-in-law, Edna Knoy of Lafayette and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Marjorie was preceded in death by sons, Jack Rigney & Michael Cavanaugh, a granddaughter, Holly Rigney, brothers, Bill, Gene & Ishmael and sister's-in-law, Phyllis & Katie Knoy. Services will be held at 7 PM Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville, with Pastor Shawn Tipton presiding. Friends are welcome to visit from 4:30 PM until time of service on Tuesday evening. Entombment will be in Washington Park East at 11 AM on Wednesday, October 28 with George Huff presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rush County Cancer Fund thru RCCF or the Fairview Christian Church. |
