| About | Mary Jo Weber, 87 of Muncie passed away Wednesday February 3, 2016 in Muncie. Mary was born in Rushville Indiana on September 19, 1928 to the late Waldo and Nelda (Arnold) Mohr. She lived most of her life in Tipp City, OH and has lived in Muncie for the past 16 years. Mary graduated from Rushville High School in 1946. She married Harold Weber on June 25, 1955 and he preceded her in death on November 2, 2014. Mary was a housewife, homemaker and was an avid quilter. She was a member of Yorktown United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Philip Weber and wife Colleen of Novi, Michigan, daughter, Karen and husband Jeff Weller of Muncie, a sister, Lois Ann Booth and husband Leonard of West Palm Beach, FL, 5 grandchildren, Erin Hickey (James), Amy Allgood (Jason), Paige Gagnon, Lauren Weber, Marissa Weber and 3 great grandchildren, Cardine, Carter and Lincoln. In addition to her parents and husband, Mary was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Mohr and 2 sisters, Barbara Vogel and Patricia Shauck. Services will be held at 1 PM Monday, February 8, 2016 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville. Pastor Peter Curts will preside. Friends are welcome to visit from 11 AM until the time of service that same day at the mortuary. Burial will be in Arlington East Hill Cemetery.
