| About | Mike W. Miller, 54, a life long Rush County resident, passed away November 15, 2013 in Shelbyville. He was born June 29, 1959 in Rushville to Ralph & Freda (Stevens) Miller. Mike was a 1977 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School. Mike worked many years on Max Miller's farm and was formerly employed at Culvers Restaurant. He volunteered @ Bethel Manor & Farthing's Grocery Store, helping out with whatever needed done and was currently employed at Shares Inc. Mike attended Carthage Wesleyan Church and was a former membr of Manilla VFD, Eastern Tractor Pullers and was a lifetime member of the NRA. He is survived by brothers, Myron & wife Pam Miller, Dean Miller, Hugh & wife Phyllis Miller and Harold & wife Mary Lou Miller, all of Rush County and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be held at 10 AM Thursday, November 21 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville. Friends are welcome to visit at the mortuary from 4-8 PM Wednesday evening, November 20. Donald Heller and Rev. Charles Stroud will preside & burial will be in Rushville's East Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice. |
