| About | Rhonda S. (Thompson) Smith 51, of Rushville, passed away at Rush Memorial Hospital March 4, 2016. She was born Dec. 4, 1964 in Franklin, IN, a daughter of the late Loren A. & Carolyn S. (Hacker) Thompson. She graduated from RCHS in 1983 and was a homemaker. Rhonda married Randy R. Smith and he survives. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her husband Randy, her loving family includes her maternal grandmother Lois Bullock of Shelbyville; two daughters, Lauren D. (Mrs. Jared) Froman and Jessica S. (Mrs. Joe) Spaeth both of Rushville; two step daughters Melody (Mrs. Tim) Evans and Jennifer (Mrs. Dustin) Gay both of Connersville; a sister Robbin (Mrs. Larry) Brown of Greensburg, Mr. Reed Thompson of Indiana and Max (wife Marlene) Thompson of Connersville. Rhonda’s grandchildren are Zachery T. & Caleb M. Evans, Lily K. Gay, Hannah K. Evans, Kohen R. & Kyra R. Froman and Addison S. Spaeth. A Celebration of Life will be 10AM Wednesday Mar. 9, 2016 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory with Warren Engel officiating. Burial will follow at the Center Cemetery near Mays.
