| About | Sandra S. Rehme-Warner, 72, of New Castle, formerly of Rushville, passed away Friday,October 17, 2014 at her residence. She was born May 8, 1942 in Rushville the daughter of John and Marjorie (Newman) McCorkhill. Sandra was a graduate of Rushville High School. She loved NASCAR racing, especially Tony Stewart. She enjoyed flower gardening, shopping, and cooking for family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Joseph E. Warner of New Castle; children, Mary Jo (Stephen) Lunsford of Mexico, MO, Michael T. (Tammy) Rehme of North Vernon, Debbie (Bryant) Margison of New Castle, Roger (Kathy) Warner of Columbus, David (Diane) Warner of Indianapolis, Penny Jo (Lori Swim) Warner of Indianapolis, Iva (Les) Stanley of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Lewis E. (Marie) Wine, Kala (David) Gollaher, Morgan Rehme, Darren Rehme, Evan Margison, Cassandra Margison (Jacob Jackson), Spencer Conwell, Angela Jennings-Golden, Danielle Fredrick, Robert, Stephanie, Raymond and Brad Warner, Carrie Marion; several great grandchildren; siblings, John McCorkhill, Lunetta Carnes, Sherry Hadley, Marlene Ennis, Jack McCorkhill, Penny Montgomery, Greg McCorkhill, Terry “Pete” McCorkhill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard W. Rehme; and a brother, Larry McCorkhill. A graveside service will be at 3:45 PM Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at East Hill Cemetery in Rushville. Friends may call from 1-3 PM Tuesday at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle.
