| About | Timothy L. Cameron, 67, of Greensburg, passed away April 4, 2011 at the Hospice of South-Central Indiana. He was born May 11, 1943 in Rushville, the son of William and Maxine (Pumphrey) Cameron. He married Sharon Barnard June 4, 1966. Timothy was a 1961 graduate of Rushville High School and went on to serve his country in the US Marines. Timothy worked for Schnadig Corp. of Rushville for 20 years and later retired from STI of Greensburg after 23 years of service. He was a member of the American Legion of Rushville. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Cameron; daughter, Jennifer (Matt) Barker of Greensburg; son, Joe Cameron of Greensburg; sister, Sharon Denney of New Castle; and grandchildren, Cory and Jessica Banaschak, Kacey and Brody Barker, and Carrera and Haylie Cameron. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2011 at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, Greensburg with the Rev. BJ Justice officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the hospice. |
