| About | Utta M. Fultz 69, of Rushville, passed away at home July 3, 2015 in the company of family members. She was born Oct. 22, 1945 in Green County, TN a daughter of the late Cassil & Jessie (Jefferies) Andrews Sr. She was a 1963 graduate of Rushville High School and married Gary L. Fultz Jan. 5, 1963 and he survives. She retired from Rush Memorial Hospital after 22 years and also retired from Todd Ambulance Service after 8 years of service. She was an excellent EMT and nurse. She will be missed as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and joyful spirit to all who knew her. Her surviving family includes her husband Gary of Rushville; daughters, Lisa Jobe (companion Mandy Abernathy) of Liberty, IN and Wendy (Travis) Schuck of Spiceland, IN; sons, Travis (Leona) Fultz of Shirley, IN and William Fultz (companion Lisa Smith) of New Castle, IN; step mother-in-law, Isabelle Fultz of Glenwood, IN; 15 grandchildren, several step grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several step great grandchildren also survive. Utta has one brother, Cassil (Beth) Andrews of Mays, IN; four sisters, Mary Wren of Connersville, IN, Kathleen Ramey, Louise Bernard and Phyllis (Randall) Ritchie all of Tennessee. Utta was preceded in death by her brother Charles and will be reunited in Heaven with her son Richard Alan Fultz who died May 18, 2015. A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 PM Tuesday July 7, 2015 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory with visitation starting at 11:00 AM. Chris Lovett of the Crosspointe Biker Church in Connersville will officiate. Cremation will follow services. |
