About |
Ernie lived most of his adult life in Tennessee, and loved every minute of it. He enjoyed the great outdoors, was an avid fisherman, and an excellent marksman. He was a very talented gunsmith, making hundreds of muzzle loaders, that can be found all over the United States. He went to schools in Oneida, where he dressed in authentic era clothing that he made himself. He gave talks on all the famous Tennessee folks, Davey Crockett, Daniel Boone and many others. He will be missed by 2 children, Sean Smart and Charo Smart, 4 grandchildren, his mother Audrey, and sister Vicki (class of 67) and many other family and friends. R.I.P. Ernie |
